Sue Harris

Sue Carol Harris, 68, of Peoria, died July 22, 2003 at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Sue was born July 9, 1935 in Springfield the daughter of William E. and Alice Moffitt Harris. Ms. Harris was a homemaker and a member of Crossroads Full Gospel Church in South Pekin. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters: Annabell Sexton, Marilyn K. Shures; one brother: J.W. Harris and Ex-Husband: Louis J. “Buddy” Allen. She is survived by three daughters: Christine (husband, John) Holm of East Peoria; Cindy (husband, Dale) Knott of East Peoria, Cheryl (husband, Bryan) Perkins of Peru, IN; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; four sisters: Maxine Wells of Springfield, Donna (husband, Dale) Smith of Auburn, Alice (husband, Norman) Klineschmidt of Chapman, Dorothy Lyons of Riverton; three brothers: Paul (wife, Pat) Harris of Williamsville, Bill (wife, Ester) Harris of Peoria, Sam Harris of West Frankfort and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home from 10-11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 26, 2003. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 26 2003 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home with Reverend Jim Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery near Riverton.
