Alex was born on September 21, 1955 to Adoracion and Fortunato in Manila, Philippines. After graduating from Maria Assumpta Seminary in 1972, he went on to study Philosophy at Christ the King Seminary.
Moving to the U.S. in 1975, he landed his first job at US Airways, kicking off a 35 year career in Accounting.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Elsie, daughter, Alexis, and sister, Marilu.
