I always think about you, Pops! The good Lord was kind enough to allow you into our lives and I am thankful for that but I have a sadness that He called on you way to soon.  I know you loved all of us and you loved life and the many family and friends that you cared about! Please keep an eye on Mom and all of your children, step children and grand kids. We will join up with you one day! 

Today is the day my Daddy went to heaven in 2018. It is also my birthday. This morning I remember he always called on my birthday and told me the story of how he hitchhiked home and the day I was born it was snowing. He was in the Air Force! Thank you for your service! Love and miss you every day.

He was a skilled fishing buddy and friend.  We shared some great fishing stories.  I still think of him when I get the urge to go fishing.
