At first a colleague and mentor and then, more importantly, a friend!  Your counsel has always been true and your friendship unwavering.  Eternally --

Buddy was an amazing man... He was so compassionate and caring with his parents.  I can still hear him say, "Now Mom"... in his gentle voice that held back a chuckle.  She'd say, "Buddy"  and then the conversation would continue.  Bud was so thoughtful.  Whenever he came to Cincinnati, he'd call and see if we could get together. He was always present to give his last respects to family members and friends.  My sons loved listening to his stories. I am certain there is a joyous reunion in Heaven right now with Buddy, Chuck, Aunt Mum, Uncle Butch and all of those who were lucky enough to know him. It is fitting that his visitation is on May 30.  That is Memorial Day. "Servant well done."

Buddy, you are the brother I never had, always there for me.  Heaven got a good man, and I know you are there shooting every match and winning everyone's quarters. My prayers to JoAnne and my salute and raised glass to you. Love you.

Buddy was a wonderful cousin.  His advice and kindness helped me through rough times.  I'm sorry for your loss, Joanne.  You are in my thoughts.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord; and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.

What a generous and kind hearted person.  Your legacy will live forever, Bud.   You will be greatly missed!

The world has just lost one of its kindest, most generous souls.  But Bud's legacy will remain with us indefinitely.  We'll miss you very much, Budzer.

"Just Bud" you will be missed by many.  You touched so many lives including mine.  I'm thankful to have had the opportunity to have known you and to call you family.  Thank you for all that you have done for myself, my mom and Alex.  We will forever treasure our summers we spent with both of you.  May your next journey be just as exciting as this one.

I had the pleasure of working with Bud for several years.  He was a great.  He will be missed.  Final mission Marine.

It was always a pleasure to shoot with Bud, I'll certainly miss the friendliness and competition that Bud brought to the match.

Words fail me. Bud's passing will leave a big hole in the world

Bud was not only kind, but had a delightful sense of humor. He never took himself (or us) too seriously. We will miss his presence among us.

I will always remember Bud's kindness and how much fun he made the Bull Run matches.  He will be missed.

I only new Bud for a few years, but he will be greatly missed.

Bud was a Rock, an undeniable, irreplaceable presence. We will miss him greatly.

After my father died I never felt totally safe until I met Bud. He was one of a kind. My heart goes out to dear JoAnne.

Bud will be sorely missed. I always looked forward to seeing Bud at the Fairfax Rod and Gun Club.  There is a little less light in the world with his passing.
