A visitation for Douglas will be held Sunday, August 29, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Backlick Road, Springfield, VA 22151. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, August 17, 2022 from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM at Fort Myer Old Post Chapel, 204 Lee Ave, Fort Myer, VA 22211.
