On December 13, 2014 Liz passed away peacefully at her home in Alexandria, VA. She was born in Talladega, AL on December 1, 1932. She was the beloved mother of Mark L. and John H. Osborne. Liz is survived by her two sons and their wives, by sisters Dora Marcella (Birdsall), Betty Jean (Craig), and Mary Ann (Parker), by brothers Herbert L. and John M. Norred, along with many nieces, nephews, and step grandchildren. Liz was preceded in death by her daughter Mana Cathryn Osborne, her parents John Lavender and Lula Gertrude (Cason) Norred, and her sister Patricia Grace Truman (Christie). A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2015 at Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, 4329 Sano St., Alexandria, VA 22312.
