Gentleman. Quiet demeanor. Great subtle sense of humor. That pipe. OPM, USAREUR/7A, Heidelberg, 1971. Unflappable. Genuine lovely person. I learned much from him and was grateful to connect via snail mail 10 years ago. Deepest sympathies to his daughter. Fond memories of his kindness and love of his wife and family. felice data, san diego, CA

We called him Fitz. He was with me in Germany in the 70's, in the Provost Marshal Office at the US Army Europe Headquarters and he worked with us for many years during his retirement to assure that the Retired MP Offices in the greater Washington area would be informed continually about our Military Police Family. We owe him much thanks for all the jobs superbly done! Frank Cohn
