Katherine S. King, age 90, a resident of Greenspring Village, Springfield, Virginia passed away on February 26, 2012. She is survived by her son, Robert Neale King and daughter, Jane Delpopolo; eight grandchildren, Stephen Neale King, Michael Brendan King, Nicholas Anthony Delpopolo, John King Delpopolo, Mark Everett Delpopolo, David Scott King, Brian Walter King and Karen Lynn King; two great-grandchildren, Nolan King and Lara King. Visitation will be Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Demaine Funeral Home Springfield. Funeral Mass will be Friday, March 2, 2012 at 11am at the Queen of Apostles Catholic Church 4329 Sano St. Alexandria, Virginia, 22312. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery Alexandria, Virginia.
