Luis Alberto Lazarte Benavente

It is with great sadness that the family of Luis Alberto Lazarte Benavente of Springfield, Virginia announces his passing on November 3, 2017 at the age of 69. With a ready smile and an infectious laugh, Luis enriched the lives of all those who knew him, making those around him happier simply with his presence. His positive impact was reflected by the incredible support of family and friends during his illness. Luis, you touched us all and will be sorely missed. Alberto and I will always love you. Luis is preceded in death by his parents Manuel Lazarte Enriquez and Maria Candelaria “Celia” Benavente de Lazarte. Luis is survived by his loving wife Marty, his beloved son Alberto, his brothers and sisters Ernesto, Larry, Yanila, Jimmy, and Jackie, his nieces and nephews Jeanette, Victor, Arleen, Claudio, Gustavo, Milagros, Andrés, Kimberly, Madison, Christopher, Shelby, Andrea, Kevin, Daniela, Lucero, Pamela, Martin and Miguel, and his grand nieces and nephews Mar, Silas, Owen, Victoria, Leah, Esperanza and Valentina, as well as many more loving family and friends.
