Mildred Havird Vincent

Of Fort Belvoir, Virginia, on Sunday, April 15, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Col. Dale Leon Vincent, USA (Ret.); devoted mother of the late Dale Leon Vincent, Jr. and his wife Kathleen, Bruce Havird Vincent and his wife Julia, and Michael Paul Vincent and his wife Mary. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be held Friday September 7, 2012 at the Ft. Myer Chapel at 11:00 am.
