Nerissa Buenviaje Porteria

Nerissa was born in Cavite, Philippines to Teodoro and Nazaria Buenviaje on March 8th, 1965. Married to Johnson Poblete Porteria on May 15th, 1989.

Nerissa is preceded in death by her parents (Teodoro and Nazaria Buenviaje), husband (Johnson Porteria), father in law (Gaudioso Porteria) and nephew (Wendell Presa).

Nerissa is survived by her two daughters; Jean Jerice Porteria Henderson and Angelica Buenviaje Porteria. Siblings; Ley Manuel, Michiko Fernando, Noemi Cadayona, and Allan Buenviaje. Son-in-law, Jacob Henderson. Grandson, Theo Johnson Henderson.

Viewing service will be held at Demaine Funeral Home at 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Sunday June 8th, 2025.

Funeral service will be held at 10 am Tuesday June 10th, 2025 at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Demaine Funeral Home.
