Percibal Teodoro Sandajan Seballos, 71, passed into eternal peace on October 30, 2015 at Fairfax Hospital in Northern Virginia. Percy was born on December 26, 1943 to Manuel Vargas Seballos and Lucila Sandajan in Manila, Philippines. He married the love of his life, Socorro Aventino with whom he had four children.
Percy graduated from FEATI University and had an artistic flair and a great appreciation for art & architecture. He was very sociable. He easily made new friends while maintaining long-time friendships with buddies such as his Alpha Epsilon "frat brothers". He loved to cook and entertain friends and family in their Springfield home. Above all, his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren--his pride and joy. Near the end of his battle with prostate cancer, he was grateful to The Cancer Treatment Center of America for treating him with personalized care and dignity.
He is survived by his wife Socorro; three children Eilynn Quagliata, Cecyll LoBue, and Yvello Seballos; two sons-in-law, Michaeil LoBue and Frank Quagliata, and one daughter-in-law, Patty Adam Seballos; eight grandchildren Samantha, Noah, Tiffany, Giovani, Rhonyll, Braelyn, Enzo, and Isaiah; twin brother Hanibal Seballos and sister Marilane Frias; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and beloved relatives in the U.S. and the Philippines.
Percy is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, parents-in-law, and son Rhonyll Seballos.
