Roxanne was born November 5, 1966, in New York City, New York. Shortly thereafter, her family moved to Alexandria, Virginia where she lived and schooled until her graduation from Thomas Jefferson High School. From there, she attended college at East Carolina University where she earned the degree of Bachelor of Fine Arts from their School of Theatre and Dance.
Following her graduation, Roxanne worked as a choreographer for Club Med for several years before dancing for professional sports teams including the San Diego Chargers and the Washington Bullets (Wizards). Following her dance career, Roxanne started working for Jerry’s Ford as their first female salesperson. Her sales career saw her move from Ford to Heishman BMW and then finally BMW of Rockville where she retired.
Roxanne is survived by her husband David Rigo, stepchildren Shaelynn and Nicklas Rigo, her parents Georges and Sabine Roch and her brother and sister-in-law, Thierry Roch and Sheila Raebel.
