Scott was a classmate of mine at Teachers College. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He asked insightful questions and worked very hard. Our TC cohort is heartbroken to hear of his passing. We send our love and condolences to Scott’s family.

Scott, you have gone to glory now. I will certainly miss you. I remeber so well the time you mentioned you might move away from Philadelphia. I was like " No you can't leave us!!." I remember how you laughed. But I was serious. But you have gone to Glory. 
In the sweet bye and bye we will meet at that beautiful shore.

When Scott first appeared at work I hoped we’d become friends but he kept to himself and I was so shy, I couldn’t get to know him as well as I wanted to. But I remember the first time my coworkers and I got him to laugh at our antics I felt so happy. My condolences to all who were fortunate enough to have been close to Scott. 

He was a nice person to be around with . He was a honestly and a trustworthy person , it’s sad to hear that he passed away .

With a heavy heart we remember all of Scotts many accomplishments & milestones throughout his lifetime. Scott was always such a kind, soft spoken, smart young man who excelled at all he did, a reflection his wonderful upbringing.
 
The times we held close were those spent as family each fall when Scott & his family would come up north to visit us.  We used that time to catch up, enjoy a nice meal out & relax.   

Scott was loved by so many & will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Our many thoughts & prayers go out to all his friends, family & co workers at this difficult time.

I met Scott on Admitted Students Day. We connected over being from Virginia. I met so many people that day, but Scott stood about because of our conversations about our previous work experiences as we transitioned back into becoming a student. I was glad to know I was not alone in this nervous sentiment, especially after meeting people who had been continuously in school. I did not think I would see him again since TC is so large. Of course, he was my both my data classes during my first year. He was the colleague that would ask the questions we were all too nervous to admit we didn't know. Scott came off as if he was so confident with the material; but when I would vent to him about my stress, he was humble and always downplayed how much he did not know. Many a time we would be in office hours trying to figure out the code - misery truly does love company. I am grateful for Scott's company. His direct humor and no-none-sense approach were always appreciated. My condolences to all who were lucky to have Scott in their close circles. 

I am the CAO at Practice Makes Perfect and one of Scott’s supervisors.  I worked with Scott very closely for 2 years.  I was heartbroken when I heard the awful news of his passing.  

To his family, I would like to say that Scott will be greatly missed at PMP.  Scott was always an incredibly hard and 100% reliable worker.  I could always count on him to come through for the team.  Besides, his strong work ethics, Scott was extremely loyal and honest. 

During one payroll cycle, we overpaid Scott the amount of I believe it was $1.78.  He immediately called the payroll team and requested that the $1.78 be removed from his check as he did not earn that money 😃.  And….. the best part was that we told him it was fine to keep the $1.78, but he refused to accept the money! 😂 That is honestly at its highest level! I will miss him greatly.  

Scott and his family are in my thoughts.
