John "Johnny" Scott Whitener, age 54, of Saint Ann, Missouri passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025. He was born November 19, 1970, to Larry Lee Whitener (Jollyann) and Sharon Price (nee: Weiskotten) (Walter). They survive, as well as: his loving wife of almost 27 years Kimberly (nee: Wilde) Whitener; his children: Tyler Whitener, Kaylee Whitener; his grandchildren: Heidi and Dawson Rogenhofer; his siblings: Amy Whitener-Ward, Melissa Byrd, Matthew Mundy (Francine); aunt, cousins, niece and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Johnny was a simple man who loved spending time with his family, enjoying backyard bonfires and going camping. He was an avid bowler, and met Kim where they worked together in a bowling alley. Johnny had a wonderful sense of humor, and was an amazing story teller.
