Mrs. Neely is survived by her sons James C. (Melanie) Neely II and Kevin Neely; grandchildren James Charles Neely, Sabrina (Jason) Fischer, Dylan Neely, Travis Neely, Kyle Neely and Tyler Neely; great-grandchildren Krystal, Steffanie and Austin Fischer; a brother Charles Romer Wooderson and a sister Glena Faye Keith.
She was a 40-year member of the Independent order of Foresters, and served as Chief Ranger. Mrs. Neely was also a long-time and active member of New Voice Church in St. Ann. Memorial donations may be made to Sunshine Ministries through New Voice Church, 11150 Old St. Charles Rd, Saint Ann, MO.
Funeral service will be at 1pm on Tuesday, November 5 at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home in St. Ann. Interment will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation is from 4-8pm on Monday, November 4, at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home.
