Nancy Lee Wagenknecht

Nancy Lee Wagenknecht, age 85, of Cottleville, Missouri passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023. She was born on April 25, 1938 to Henry and Eloise Theis. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alfred “Al” Wagenknecht, an infant daughter, Laura Wagenknecht, a sister, Margaret Krietemeyer, and a grandson-in-law, Reich Bryce, Jr. She is survived by her sons; Mark (Sherron), and Brett (Michele) Wagenknecht. Nancy was a beloved grandmother to; Christy Bryce, Gregory (Sarah) Wagenknecht, Lisa (Curtis) Campbell, Carrie (John) Wilder, Aaron (Lisa Covert) Allen, Michael Wagenknecht, Nicholas (Amanda) Wagenknecht, Emily (Ricky Schneider) Wagenknecht, Sara Wagenknecht, and nineteen beautiful great-grandchildren.

To Nancy, family always came first in her life. She was best known for her great sense of humor. Nancy enjoyed a good meal but not without a little critique. In her younger years, she spent her time swinging a golf club, bowling, playing Bingo, and dealing a good game of pinochle.

A visitation for Nancy will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Alexander - White - Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074. Followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. A committal service will occur Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, 11101 St Charles Rock Rd, Saint Ann, MO 63074, where Nancy will be laid to rest.
