It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Leroy Rybolt, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Robert was born on September 9, 1946, in St. Charles, Missouri, and passed away peacefully on January 15, 2025, in Bridgeton, Missouri, at the age of 78.
Robert was the cherished son of the late Leroy Rybolt and Mary Rybolt, who preceded him in death. He was a man dedicated to his family, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 47 years, Sandra Rybolt, who stood by his side through life's many ups and downs. Together, they built a family rooted in love and strength.
Robert's memory will forever be treasured by his daughters, Robin (Daniel) Rhoads and Chastidy (Raymond) Schiele, who remember him as a guiding force in their lives. His legacy continues through his grandsons, Dakota (Samantha) Rhoads, Braden (Melissa) Rhoads, and Christian Rhoads, who were a source of immense pride and joy for him.
He also leaves behind two precious great-granddaughters, Ursula Rhoads and Onnika Rhoads, who brought light and laughter into his later years.
Robert will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. His life was a testament to the power of love and devotion, and he leaves behind a family united by the bonds he helped build.
May he rest in peace, knowing his life was well-lived and his love well-shared.

A graveside service will be held in Robert's honor at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125, on January 29th, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
