Bob is survived by his wife, Carol Tobin (nee Kiefer); his daughters, Barbara Koetting (James); and Christine Goatley (Joseph); his grandchildren, Allen Goatley, Morgan Koetting, Tanner Goatley and Madison Koetting; sister-in-law, Sharon Draper (Donald) and many other family members.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas F. Tobin and Ora Tobin (nee Galloway); his siblings, Marcia Dearin, Mary Dawson and Thomas "Tommy" Tobin.
The family will have a private celebration of life in honor of Robert "Bob" in Kentucky.
