Stacy was a beloved daughter, niece, and friend whose sassiness, warmth, and infectious laughter touched the lives of all who knew her. She had a spirited personality and a loving heart, leaving lasting memories with everyone fortunate enough to share time with her. Stacy will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
She is survived by her loving family, John and Traci Kelly, and her dear friends, Ronethia Curtis and the wonderful Rice family, who held a special place in her life.
A memorial service honoring Stacy’s life will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Emmaus Homes, located at 3731 Mueller Road, St. Charles, Missouri 63301.
