Alice Katsavrias, 80, of St. Clair Shores, passed peacefully Wednesday, September 24, 2015 in Grosse Pointe Beaumont Hospital. She was born October 21,1934. She was very proud of her beloved Family, enjoyed time spent in her garden, and was a devoted Detroit Tiger fan. She is survived by her children, Steven (Sara), Katarina, Ann and Nick; grandchildren Ann Marie Fafford, Anthony, Nicholas and Lauri (Richard) Immonen; and great-grandchildren Alexis Edgerton, Hollie and Dalton Immonen. Alice was preceeded in death by her husband, Nick, and grandson Scott (Melissa) Berels. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM 9/28 Monday in Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 21800 Marter Road, St. Clair Shores. Burial will be in Cadillac Memorial Gardens East, Clinton Township. Visitation is 2 - 8 PM Sunday 9/27, with a 5:00 PM Trisagion service, in Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores. Additional visitation is 9:30 AM Monday in the church. Memorial contributions may addressed to the American Diabetes Association.
