David Andrew Bolter, age 66, lifelong resident of St. Clair Shores, Michigan passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, January 1, 2024. David was born in London City, England, United Kingdom, to parents Donald and Selina Bolter.
David’s charisma and love for life radiated into every room he entered. Whether it was his vibrant attire or unique style- when he arrived everyone was immediately drawn to him. From 80’s skinny ties to diamond encrusted shoes he wore his passion for life, art, culture, everything - like a badge of honor.
A career car salesman, Dave had the uncanny ability to relate to everyone and anyone. His communication bordered on poetic. Everyone who knew Dave, knew above all else his love for his children and family was second to none.
Loving father to Anthony (Allyson) Misplon, Donald (Meredith) Bolter and Hanna Preuss. Cherished brother to Brian (Francie) Bolter, Kevin (Kathryn) Bolter and the late Mark Bolter. Dear uncle to Stacey, Laura, Kayla, Katie, and Maggie. No matter how busy things got, he always made time for his loved ones- and showed us that family always comes first!
Celebration of Life will take place on Monday January 8, 2024, from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, with a family sharing of memories at 6:00pm, at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081.
Memorial donations in memory of David are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
