George Valentine Garza, age 73, of Saint Clair Shores, MI, passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021. George was born December 30, 1947 in Mount Clemens, MI to Valentine & Angelita (Salinas) Garza. He married Kathleen Rose (Moskwa) Garza.
George is survived by his children; Steven (Sara) Garza & Elizabeth (Michael) Holuk, grandchildren; Angelita, Nicholas, Maxx, Hailey, Victoria & Tyler and his siblings; Gloria (Bob) Fritz, Rosalie Hutton, Raymond (Jean) Garza and his mother-in-law Paulette Moskwa. He was predeceased by his wife, parents, daughter Michelle Garza and father-in-law Walter Moskwa.
George enjoyed keeping very busy. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed drawing, riding his bike, putt putt golf, and swimming. He liked to travel, especially to Florida every year and he really enjoyed collecting coins with his grandson.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kaul Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be Friday, December 10, 2021 at 10:30 AM, Instate at 10AM, St Margaret of Scotland, 21201 13 Mile Rd. St Clair Shores, MI 48081.
