Helen is survived by her nieces and nephews Dennis Kurk, Vicki (Dan) Milligan-Gottschalk, Cathy (Tom) Troschinetz, Cindy (the late Leonardo) Milligan-Turner and Robert S. Milligan; great nieces and nephews Anna (Brenden) Austin, Lauren Milligan, Colin Gottschalk, Ashley Milligan and Avery Reifsnyder.
In accordance with Ms. Milligan's wishes, cremation will take place and her cremated remains interred at White Chapel Cemetery.
