Jimmy “Botag” Battaglia was a hippie at heart even at the age of 72. He enjoyed the simple things in life like sitting outside having a beer, watching TV, creating drip candle bottles, decorating things with paint and glitter and working on cars. He was an auto mechanic for over 50 years, owning his own shop for many years.
Jimmy had a big, blended family.
Jimmy is survived by his ex-wife, Zoe Baguindo. Daughters, Theresa (Moses) Mannaa and Maggie Battaglia.
Grandchildren Cody Battaglia, Jeff (Bree) Manna and Jazmin Manna. Great-granddaughter, Victoria Battaglia and great-grandson (to be) Baby Manna.
He was preceded in death by his son, James (Jimbo) Battaglia.
Jimmy is also survived by his ex-wife and still dear friend, Sharon Sheeran. Son, Jameson (Jody) Battaglia, Sr.
Grandchildren, Alaina Caruso, Jameson Battaglia, Jr., Joseph Battaglia, Jacob Battaglia, Catonni Battaglia.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jason Battaglia.
Jimmy is also survived by his sons, Cameron and Corey Battaglia.
Grandchildren Giovanni, Isabella and Valentina.
He is survived by his brother, Philip and sisters, Maryann and Linda. Preceded in death by his parents, James Battaglia, Sr. and Rita Battaglia. Brothers, Michael, Robert and Tommy.

A private family celebration of life will be held on his birthday. In lieu of flowers or donations, call a family member or friend and tell them you love them.
