Dear friends and family of Jim. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I was friends with Jim at ND. We graduated together and played on IM teams as well. He was a great guy, full of warmth, humor and a quick wit. I remember him liking the CB and I actually painted a jean jacket with his "handle" on it (Demon). Jim was  well liked and I honestly don't remember anybody ever having a cross word with him. He was smart, too. We had a lot of laughs and I will always keep those memories of him. My mother told me of this tragedy yesterday. If I had known I would've surely attended the visitation. I've let my classmates know as well. Please accept my sincere condolences. I realize this message is late but wanted to reach out anyway. God bless you all.
