Philip Abela

Philip Abela, age 93, passed away on March 19, 2023. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Florence M. Abela. Philip is survived by his loving children: Cynthia Abela, Kenneth Abela, Palma (Bob) Ashley, Douglas (Diane) Mangum, Pamela (Dave) Eritano; grandchildren: Quentin, Marissa, Brandon, the late Lisa, Doug, Natalie; great-grandchildren: Darcy, Aidan, Alayna, Alexis; and his beloved dog Roxy. In Philip’s honor, donations may be made to the Disabled Veterans of America.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, April 18, 2023, 11 am at St Hubert Catholic Church, 38775 Prentiss St; Harrison Twp, MI 48045. The family will receive visitors beginning at 10:30am.
