Rose Marie Matthews, age 81, of Roseville passed away February 20th, 2012 at St. John Hospital in Detroit. She was born on May 30, 1930 in Detroit; She is survived by her daughter Sharon (Robert) Schulte, grandchildren Jennifer (Christopher) Simone and Scott (Kimberly) Schulte, and great grandchildren Ericson and Griffin Simone. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack, daughter Dee Roberts and brother Edward Koster. She was a positive person, full of forgiveness and her family was number one. She loved flowers, birds, reading, old movies, travel cooking, beautiful jewelry and to dress up for all occasions. She was a military wife who supported her husband’s service for 20 years. She was the main care giver for her whole family and will be deeply missed by all of her family everyday. Heaven just got a new Angel! Funeral services will be held 11am Friday at the Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores. Visitation Thursday 3-9pm. Interment Christian Memorial Cultural Center.
