Elsie Patterson (nee Bathurst)

Venerable and beloved, Elsie was predeceased by her husband of 63 years Pat (Arthur) Patterson. She was also predeceased by her siblings of the Bathurst clan : Alex, Eric, George and Phyllis for whom she perpetuated the family customs and traditions with pride and spirited style !

Stalwart and loving mother of Lynne (Barry Baumel), Pamela (Peter Poulin) and Alex (Florence Ievers), she also leaves her much-loved grandsons, Peter Jr. (Rebeka Breder) Christopher (Jennifer Del Mundo) and Charles, as well as her great-grandchildren Andrew, Aaron, Caitlin and Sarina. She will remain forever in our hearts and minds as a beacon of perseverance, love and respect.

Also bereft are her many cherished nieces, nephews and British cousins, all of whom filled Elsie with much pride and joy throughout her life.

The family wish to express their deepest gratitude to Elsie’s friends and neighbours whose presence and kindness were a constant source of comfort. We extend our profound appreciation to all her at-home Caregivers, and to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of the Hawkesbury General Hospital.

Condolences will be received on the evening of Monday, June 27 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, and also on Tuesday morning from 09:30 am to 10:30 am to be followed by a memorial service at the Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, Dignity Memorial, 307 Promenade Riverside, Saint-Lambert, QC, J4P 1A7
