OBITUARY

Jean Sloan Bee (Burns)

22 August, 1929 – 8 May, 2021
IN THE CARE OF

Résidences funéraires Collins Clarke MacGillivray White

It is with a deep sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Jean Bee, in her 92 year, on Saturday, May 8, 2021. Mom passed away peacefully with her Daughter, Donna, & Son-in Law Ronnie, by her side. My Brothers and I can never repay or properly thank Donna & Ronnie for the care that they provided to our Mother over the last 9 years.

She is survived by her four children Bobby (Colleen,) Donna (Ronnie), Wayne (Christina) & Malcolm. Her Grand Children, Chris, Andrew, Jennifer, Kimberlee, Fallen, Elizabeth, Cameron, Tori & AJ, for who she filled the role of Grand Mother with tremendous enthusiasm, and leaving her four children to question who this person was, and what had she done with our Mother. Her eyes would light up brightly when she spoke of her Great Grand Children, or when they would visit. Layla, Teagan, Keira, Eve, Averiee, Carter, Jaxon, Slade & William were doted on and spoiled more so than the Grand Children, who were left wondering the same question as her children.

Mom encountered many health issues in her life and battled through all of them courageously and without complaints. In the end, she beat them all. Passing away on her terms, when she was ready to reunite with her Husband Jimmy, who passed away in 2012.

My Brothers, my Sister, and I want to express our deep gratitude to the all the members of our extended family, both Bee and Simard, who at some time assisted in the care of our Mother. Your contributions were much greater than you possibly know, or that we can properly acknowledge.

A family service will take place at a yet to be determined time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkinson Canada, or the Canadian Cancer Society. An event will be held when the current Covid situation is over, and we can meet all of the family and friends to remember our Mother and celebrate her life together.

We love you Mom, now, always and forever.
