We were blessed to have called her wife, mother, nana, mother-in-law, friend, and co-worker. Beloved wife of Paul James McGarr, cherished mother of Deborah, Anthony, Kevin and Erin (Pierre), and loving grandmother of Caitlin ((Kalki), Jesse, Cody, Holly, James, Mathew and Sebastien. She was exceptional, beautiful both inside and out. With an encouraging word, and her ever present smile she touch so many people. Her greatest passions were her family and her business, owning and operating Immeubles Stuart for almost 40 years, her passion for selling houses brought her joy even on her last days. St. Lambert has lost a great resident; she knew almost every house in St. Lambert having sold most of them! Even more than once! On a sunny day in the summer she was not hard to find… Having lunch at the CCM, she would raise a glass and toast “To us, aren’t we lucky to have the lives that we have”. We should all take example from how she lived her life, be kind, be grateful, be gracious and appreciate every day. You will always be in our hearts, we will think about you every time we give your doodle Murphy a cuddle, buy a Christmas decoration, have a glass of wine, smell the ocean air in Maine, eat a lobster, sell a house, see a half eaten chocolate in a box of chocolates, take a taxi in NYC, ask for a cuddle, call out to your Hon, eat a mushroom sandwich at Holts, listen to Jimmy Buffet, hear someone say “How are the kiddies? Hi Kiddo! Nana loves you, where’s my cuddle? can you change the program, or can you get me something to munch on”. We will miss you each and every day. Rest in peace KIDDO! Now you can dance again…..
In lieu of flowers a donation to your favourite charity would be appreciated.
