Remianne "Anne" Bard

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Remianne (Anne) Bard on October 23, 2025, after a brief illness. She passed away peacefully at the at the age of 88 while in the Palliative Care Unit of Charles-Lemoyne Hospital in Greenfield Park, surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren.

Anne was the devoted mother of Michel Bard (April McLaughlin), Jacques Lavoie (Mylène Alexandre), France Lavoie (Jacques Gauthier), and Lise Lavoie (Jeff McCarthy). Known for her tenacity, strength, and unwavering love for her family, Anne will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is lovingly remembered by her grandchildren; Peter (Monica), Kevin, Catherine (Thiéry), Melissa (Jonathan), Andre, Nikki (Stephane) Candice (Phil), Nigel (Kim), Jacinthe (Jean-Michel), Valerie, Marie-Soleil (Jonathan) and Simon (Zoé) as well as her great-grandchildren Mathis, Charles, Alexi, Gabriel,Jasmine, Élise and James.

Friends and family will have the opportunity to offer their condolences and pay their respects at Collins, Clarke, MacGillivray White Funeral Home, located at 307 Promenade Riverside, St-Lambert QC, J4P 1A7. on Saturday, November 1st, 2025 in the chapel from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., followed by a religious service from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Anne’s memory.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the exceptional staff of the Palliative Care Unit at Charles Lemoyne Hospital notably Alexandre in observation, Guillaume, Sylvie, and Dr. Bellavance for their empathy, gentleness, and care, which provided great comfort during this difficult time.

As per our mom’s wishes, her ashes will be buried next to her mother, Alice Leclerc in Drummond, New Brunswick on November 8th, 2025.
