William "Bill" Willey, son of Cecil and Hilda, passed away on the morning of February 4th at the age of 70. We would like to offer our sincerest appreciation to Dr. Dany Burke and the entire ICU staff whose courteous and professional approach to health care provided sufficient time for our family to say our final goodbyes while he made his final journey in a pain free manner.
Bll is survived by his loving wife Joyce Gill, his children Bryan (Melody), Kim (Louay), Amanda (Tha-nit), and his 7 grandchildren Anthony, Nicholas, Naya, William "Liam", Marley, Aidan and Quinten and his ex son in law Eric. He will also be missed dearly by his brother Fred and sister Kay.
Affectionately referred to as Baba, he was a modern day superhero who combined a quick witted sense of humour with the aptitude to act a fool simply to put a smile on someone's face. He saw the best in people, and possessed the uncanny ability to strike a conversation and befriend everyone he met. He had a passion for running and a passion for Molson Dry but it was his devotion to his children, his grandchildren, and his unconditional love for his wife Joyce which drove him.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you make a donation to the Terry Fox foundation as it was something my
Dad was very passionate about! https://terryfox.org/
