Over the past 20 years or so Arnold and I would cross paths through work. What could be a 5 minute conversation would turn into 30 minutes or more. I was blessed to have known your gentle soul. They don't make 'em like you anymore. Rest in Peace

Arnold was a joyous part of my volunteer days at Wings of Hope.  Every afternoon when he was leaving, he would come visit me at the reception desk & we'd share a song together.  Our favorite was from The Sound of Music.  Arnold would start singing, "So long, farewell" and then I'd finish with "auf Wiedersehen, good night."  I already miss him dearly.

It was a honor to know and work with you Arnold. You will always be missed.

I am so saddened by the news of Mr. Kreitman’s passing.  I had the privilege of growing up with the Kreitman family.  So many of my childhood memories include them.  Rest in peach, Mr. Kreitman.  You will forever be missed. 

Praying for Arnold’s family during this difficult time.  I knew him through my friendship with his son Dan and as our scout leader (who somehow managed to keep all of us kids in line).  He was always kind but was not shy about telling you how he saw things.  After not seeing him for decades, I saw him again at a picnic a few years ago and he was still the same funny kind person I remembered as a kid. 

Arnold was a dear member of the Wings of Hope family and will be missed dearly. His passing was difficult for me,  but I am so grateful for his life and how he was a dear friend to me.

Hodaks, a firm hand shake when we were in Cub Scouts, buying us Atari Pac Man before anyone else had it, obsessing about the leaves in the yard (LOL!),  and not allowing us to drive the Toyota Camry because there were "too many controls in the car."  We love you Arnold....just the way you were.  Always smiling and with a quick wit, you lightened the room and any situation.  Thank you for including me in your family....your warmth, humor, and compassion will be missed.  Love, Doug

Oh Arnold,  How I will miss your smile here at Wings of Hope.  You were always quick with a joke and made work a little more fun.  Your dedication to always finding the best deal for the items you purchased was just one way your charitable heart shown thru.  I know how much giving you did too, behind the scenes, without recognition.  You were truly one of the good souls.

Arnold was someone who always had a smile on his face, a joke or ribbing from his lips and benevolent gifting to various charities (even though he did not like to take credit for his many gifts). Arnold kept the purchasing group at Wings of Hope in stitches with his banter while saving Wings significant purchasing dollars in his manner of convincing many of our vendors of the mission of Wings of Hope and "allowing" these vendors to aid that mission by discounting their products to us.

It will be easy for us to recall our many memories of Arnold with fondness, while remembering his generosity to the children that we serve.

I worked with Arnold for many years when he was at Famous Barr, and later he was a neighbor in Ballwin. I enjoyed knowing this fine man and friend and send prayers to his family.

I will always remember our good times together and oh how he loved his Rueben sandwiches, sporting events and concerts. He adored his family and wings of hope..

I met Arnold at Wings of Hope.  He helped a lot with our dinner auction that raised money for our medical transport program.

I also appreciated his love of music.  He used to attend the concerts of an orchestra I was in.  Always loved seeing him in the audience.

Knowing and working with Arnold Kreitman was always an adventure. His business requests were always fair and laced with good humor. That smiling nature carried over into his Wings of Hope service. He will be missed by all who knew him.
  

The Eagle is flying one last time!  Thanks for all of the knowledge and experience you shared.  There will never be another like you.  You will be sorely missed!  Rest In Peace, my friend!
