WEERTS, Carol A. 75, of St. Louis, MO fortified with the sacraments of Holy Mother Church, passed away peacefully at de Greeff Hospice on Feb. 15, 2015. She was the loving daughter of the late Walter and Mary (nee Pass) Weerts. She is survived by her brothers Richard Weerts and Walter Weerts and nephew Rich Weerts.
Carol retired from Barnes Jewish Hospital after many years working as an administrator in kidney dialysis. She was an active member of Elks Lodge 2435. Carol was also as proud supporter of the St. Louis Zoo and often traveled on trips offered by the zoo.
Services: A visitation will be held from 9:30 -11:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd., Lemay, MO 63125. The visitation will be followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 11:30 a.m. Interment will take place in Park Lawn Cemetery.
