Dr. Daniel R. Sullivan

Beloved husband of Mary F. Sullivan; dear father of Gregory M. (Sally) Sullivan, Erin (John) Trentes, Brian Sullivan, Megan (Eric) Davidson, Mindy Sullivan, Molly (James) Richards and Michael (Shelby) Hutchins; dear brother of Ed (Anitra) Sullivan; dear grandfather of Daniel, Michael, Conor, Riley, Trent, and Jesse; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and a lifelong friend of Howard Meade.

After over 40 years of services to others, Dr. Sullivan retired from his Family Practice in Toledo, OH and moved to St. Louis, MO where he continued working for another 10 years. He helped to open the first of now many St. Luke's Hospital Urgent Care Facilities. He also helped others working St. Louis inner city clinics for a brief period of time.

Services: Memorial Visitation at Kriegshauser West, 9450 Olive Blvd., Olivette, MO on Thursday, April 21, visitation starts at 3:00 pm until time of Memorial Service at 4:00 pm. A Life Celebration will follow the Memorial and information on it will be provided at the Service.

Private burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
