Joe, I have known you for over 65 years.  For a few years I knew you only by the first names of Big Boy and Bernard, it wasn't until I heard your wife, Barbera call you Joe, that I really learned your first name.  When we were little I always looked up to you, as we grew up together we never had one argument or disagreement between us in all these years.  I can remember when you came to our home with your first car, it was vapored locked, I can remember the gas powered little car you got one Christmas, I remember when we sold the newspapers you had saved and the ones your neighbors had given to you and we took them in your wagon to sell to the old man that bought paper.  I remember how we walked the sidewalks looking for Missouri tax mills that people had thrown away and after we found enough we each would buy a 5 cent soda, you always made sure that we had enough for two sodas.  I remember when your mother took us to the Fox Theater and afterwards bought us each a toy cannon.
The years have gone fast and furious, life's struggles had separated us but I always thought of you and wished that things could have been different, maybe it will in the next life.  I will see you again.

Barb & Rick.  Although I haven't known Joe for that long, I always enjoyed our visits with the both of you.  My prayers and thoughts are with you both and with the rest of the family.

I will never forget Goose Creek trips; you driving the boat while Rick and Mark teaching me how to water ski, camping, watching football on Sunday's, you putting another log on  the fireplace to keep it going, your two liter of soda that sat next to your recliner.   Then the last couple of months you chomping down popcorn, pickles and of course your chocolates!  Thanks for the wonderful memories Joe!  I will hold on to them forever!  Love you!!

Sorry  for   your  lost  Barbra .I  can  still remmber  when i  first  met   joe  33  years  ago  and  we  have  been  friends ever  since  then . He  will  be  greatly  miss  Tim
