AUSTERMANN, Kurt R., 62 of Lemay MO. Fortified with the sacraments of Holy Mother Church on February 9, 2013. Loving husband for 39 years of Gloria (nee Cinciripini); dear father of Eric (Stephanie) Austermann, Adam (Jessica) Austermann, and Maria (Chris Hauk) Austermann; beloved grandfather of Jackson and Ava Austermann; beloved son of Sylvian and the late Robert Austermann; dear brother of Kathy (Don) Hrdlicka, Carol (Steve) Fieseler, and Christine Pauley; loving son-in-law of Rose and the late Corrado Cinciripini; dear nephew, uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Kurt was Vice President of seedfor the Siemer/Mangelsdorf Seed Company. He is a past president of the Southern Seed Association, the Western Seed Association and Missouri Seedmen’s Association He was recently named as Southern Seed Association’s Seedman of the Year. He was an active member of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church where hewas previously named Man of the Year. He served for many years as an umpire and referee for the CYC.

In lieu of flowers masses are preferred or if desired contributions may be made tode Greef Hospice or St. Martin of Tours St. Vincent de Paul Society.
