Werner, Marilyn Rudman January 16, 2015, age 80 beloved wife of the late Morton Werner; treasured mother and mother in law of Susan Werner, Jean (Andy) Fies and Ken (Erin) Werner; extraordinary Nana of Ella, Thomas and Charlie Fies, Jacob, Ethan and Reed Werner; cherished sister and sister in law of the late Barbara (Jerry) Savitt, Lois (Bill Montague) Horwitz and Myrna Rudman; dear sister in law of Charles (Gigi) Werner and Carolyn (Joe) Losos; our adored aunt, cousin and friend.

Born in St. Louis, she graduated University City High School, BA University of Michigan, and MSW Washington University. Career highlights: President of Parcel Insurance Plan, accomplished investor.

She will be remembered for her devotion to her family and husband, generosity in friendship, service to community organizations, ardent support of reproductive rights, love of hiking, physical fitness, joie de vivre, and living a fully engaged, vibrant life.

Memorial service Sunday, January 18th 1:00 PM at Congregation Temple Israel-Main Sanctuary, Ladue and Spoede Roads, followed by a reception until 3:00 PM. Memorial contributions preferred to Planned Parenthood of St. Louis, 4251 Forest Park Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63108 or the charity of your choice.
