He is survived by his wife, Deanna, with whom he shared 22 years of marriage. He is also survived by his uncle, Gary Keshner; his aunt, Marilyn Keshner; his brother-in-law, David Redfield; his nephews, Jackson and Wyatt Redfield; his niece, Hannah Redfield; his parents-in-law, Jim and Nancy Redfield; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carolyn and Hilton Epstein, his brother Mark Epstein, his mother-in-law Barbara Redfield, and grandparents Sophie and Leo Keshner.
He graduated from Parkway North High School and Columbia College
