Martin (Sonny) H. Blumenthal

Beloved husband for 69 years of Gladys I. Blumenthal (nee King).

Loving father of Doug Blumenthal, George (Deb) Blumenthal, Mike (Alice) Blumenthal and the

late John Blumenthal.

Cherished grandfather of Angela, Jeremy, Justin, Nick, Jeni, Joel, Cameron and Dylan Blumenthal,

Emily Pfaff and the late Christopher and Michelle Blumenthal and great grandfather of many.

Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend of many.

He was a union carpenter for 60 years. Sonny loved fishing, hunting and spending time outdoors.

Sonny was loved by so many grandkids and great grandkids. He loved his wife of 69 years Gladys and they had a true love story.

Loved going for walks in the park and watching deer. He danced with the great grandkids and sang songs. He was truly a Legend and a wonderful man! We were truly blessed to have him in our lives.

He will be missed so much. We will see you again in Heaven.

A visitation for Martin (Sonny) will be held Friday, March 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125.

Interment St. Trinity Cemetery.
