Priscilla Marie Domingue

ST. MARTINVILLE – Funeral services will be celebrated for Priscilla Marie Domingue, age 49, at 1:00 pm Monday, February 23, 2015 at Evangeline Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Hodnett will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coteau Holmes.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Evangeline Funeral Home of St. Martinville on Monday from 9:00 am until time of services.

Priscilla was born April 11, 1965 in Lafayette to Egbert Domingue, Jr. and Irene Smith Domingue, and passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 at her residence.

Priscilla enjoyed tending to her flower garden, and to the many pets that she cared for. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to many and will be missed dearly.

Survivors include her children, Bridgette Persilver, Kerry Persilver, Jr. (Jessica Romero), Joseph Persilver and Jaren Merrifield; her grandchildren, Braelyn, Bryleigh and Kylann Persilver, Bailey Edwards and Brycen Toussaint; her father, Egbert “Jun” Domingue, Jr.; a sister, Anna Domingue; and three brothers, Gerald Domingue, Egbert Domingue, III and Larry Domingue.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Irene Smith Domingue; and grandparents, Amelina Boutte Domingue, Eva Rose Marceaux Smith, Egbert Domingue, Sr., and Dennis Smith, Sr.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kerry Persilver, Jr., Gerald Domingue, Larry Domingue, Justin Persilver, Egbert Domingue, III, Joseph Persilver and Jaren Merrifield.
