MacMinn, Barbara (Smith) passed away peacefully Jan 15, 2017. She was the daughter of Captain John Sheppard Smith and Pearl Mooney Smith. She graduated from the Philadelphia Episcopal Hospital School of Nursing where she met the love of her life, William MacMinn. They celebrated 68 years of marriage. She was preceded in death by her youngest daughter Barbara, and is survived by her husband William, daughters Cheryl and Pat, and sons William (Connie) and Greg (Irene), 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A memorial of life service is planned for Saturday January 21st at 11 am at St. Albans Episcopal Church 330 85th Avenue St Pete Beach, FL.
