Clairette Chenault Pool

Clairette worked as a Certified Professional Secretary, as a bank loan officer, and then in the insurance industry. She was an active member of Westbury Church of Christ for many years.

Clairette was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Kenneth Wayne Pool; her parents, John and Nelle Ellis Chenault; and seven sisters, Lydia Elizabeth Chenault, Kathryne Lorene Chenault, Barry Louise Chenault, Marjorie Chenault Heintschel, Bobbie Tribble Chenault and L. Jeannette (Janie) Chenault Leonard.

Surviving is a daughter, Tracy Runnels and husband Dave of Missouri City, TX; two grandchildren, Abigail Runnels and Rachel Runnels of Missouri City, TX; two sisters, Leslie Hunt of College Station, TX and Virginia (Renie) Miller and husband Bob of Conroe, TX; one brother-in-law, Melvin Leonard, of Crockett, TX; ten nieces and nephews; and other extended family.

A Visitation with the family will be held from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at Earthman Southwest Chapel, Stafford, TX. Graveside Services will be held at 5:00 PM, on Thursday, May 24, 2012, at Sweeny Community Cemetery, Sweeny, TX.
