Feliseta Ramirez Carranza

Feliscita (Felis) Ramirez Carranza, 67 years old, went home peacefully to meet our Lord Jesus Christ and Savior on Friday, August 14th, 2020 at Sugar Land Methodist Hospital with her sister, Aurora Mata at her side holding her hand.

Felis was a very quiet, special and unique person that always kept to herself but yet had her own personality. She was always very quiet listening but observing everything.

She loved going to church and was an active member of Calvery Church in Stafford, Texas. Felis enjoyed sewing, crocheting, playing Loteria Bingo and most of all eating out at all the different restaurants where she was well known by name. She enjoyed dancing and listening to Tejano and Norteno music along with her Christian music.

Felis was a bus driver for over 39 years at Lamar Consolidated School District, Stafford Municipal School District and at Fort Bend School District until her death. She had much pride and honor for all her students and the students loved her in return and always showered her with many gifts. She had a big collection of many different school buses which she dearly admired.

Felis is preceded in death by her parents; Delfino G. Ramirez, Sr. and Francisca Regino Ramirez; son, Isreal Ramirez Carranza; brother, Rudy Ramirez, Sr. and sister; Hortencia Ramirez.

She is survived by daughter, Sandy Ann Garcia and husband Joel; sons: Jorge Carranza and Irma and Ben Carranza; grandchildren: Elizabeth Carranza, Daniel Carranza, Felix Cruz Jr., Joe Louis Carranza, Amaris Carranza, Joel Garcia, III, PFC Tristan Ben Carranza (U.S. Marine), Marissa Lyann Garcia, Nyla Carranza, Kristian Ben Carranza, Selena Carranza and George Lucas Carranza; sisters and brothers: Mary R. Guajardo (Pete +), Delfino Ramirez, Jr. (Carmen), Joe Regino (Louisa), Rosie Delgado (Juan), Luciana Gonzalez (Tony), Blas Ramirez (Monica), Victoria Ware (James), Aurora Mata (Johnny), and Eloisa Jarra along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

A visitation for Feliseta will be held Saturday, August 29, 2020 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home, 12555 South Kirkwood, Stafford, TX 77477. A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 29, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM, 12555 South Kirkwood, Stafford, TX 77477. A committal service will occur Saturday, August 29, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Davis Greenlawn Cemetery, 3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosen Berg, TX 77471

Rest in peace Felis. We love you and will miss you dearly so until we meet again you will remain in our hearts forever.
