The Grooms Family-  I have had the privilege to have known Dick for the past 8 years or so.  He was a great gentleman and I enjoyed the lunches we spent discussing politics, family and work.  I will always remember him as a kind man who was genuinely interested in others and always a very fair person.  He will be greatly missed.
