Sara retired in 2023 after a career of working in proposals for various engineer firms and most recent she spent 9 years with Sofina Office Products here she was their Logistics Manager. She was very involved with Bible study fellowship and Sugar Land Baptist Church. Sara loved spending time with family and friends, she loved her cats, spending time outdoors, traveling, camping, cooking, and reading. Whenever you would see her, she was always ready to show you her pretty smile.
Sara is preceded in death by her parents, Richard A. Baker and Leala Aline Baker. She is survived by her husband, Kyle Trahan, sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary Lynn and Mike Meek, Susan and Mike Neal, Nephew Jeremy Meek and family, Ivy, Lyra, and Max.
A memorial service for Sara will be held on Friday, January 10 at 11:00 a.m. at Sugar Land Baptist Church, 16755 Southwest Fwy in Sugar Land.
Immediately following, the service all are invited to gather with the family and share remembrances of Sara during a reception to be held at Sugar Land Baptist Church.
