She is survived by her son Rick Kjelbertson; daughter, Deborah Morrison-Pixler; three sisters, Lavonne Birney, Evylyn Preskey, and Duraine Freelander; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son Jesse Kjelbertson; three sisters, Rose Kallis, Violet Wilson, and Adaline Carroll; and two brothers, Sylvester McNabb and Julian McNabb.
A memorial service will be held at St Peter’s Lutheran Church on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 10:00 AM. Burial will take place at a later date in Minot, ND.
Memorials may be made in her name to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Building Fund.
