She is survived by her husband, Rusty; three sons, Richard “Charlie” Taylor, Little Ray Payne, and Danny Payne; brother, Danny Fair; and six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 21, 2020 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel from 10-11:00 am, with a graveside at 11:00 am at Stafford Memorial Park.
