Kathryn was born on October 30, 1979 in Fairfax, VA. to Robert and Jeanne Mess Jones.
She is survived by her parents Robert and Jeanne Jones of Haymarket, VA; her husband Sgt. Thomas D. Belcher; three children; Kristyn, Alyssa and Meagan Belcher; two brothers, Jimmy and Jeremy Jones.
The family will receive friends Sunday, November 6, 2011 from 6-8 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service Stafford Chapel 186 Shelton Shop Rd. a funeral service will be conducted Monday, November 7 at 11AM at Quantico National Cemetery in Triangle, VA.
